On Friday 26th we saw a great day at the Field of Dreams with our Memorial Game for our late friend and Chairman, Paul Constantinidi. A wonderful atmosphere, superb lunch and lashings of fine wines and beers in the sunshine; a perfect way to commemorate the great man. Cricket certainly played second fiddle on the day with two sides made up from members of Paul’s extended family and the club. Some lovely words from Co-Chairs Andy Riant and Mark Waters throughout the day and wonderful to see so many VP’s Life members, friends and club supporters too. There was a very thorough de-briefing in The Red Lion afterwards to conclude a superb day and our great thanks to everyone behind the scenes who made the day so special.
